Neva Louise HIGH , daughter of Sam Theo HIGH and Bessie TURNER, was born on 24 Apr 1924 in North Carolina, died on 14 Dec 1948 in South Carolina at age 24, and was buried beside her brother at First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg, Spartanburg South Carolina.
